The GreenTix App

The app and your profile are of course secured, so that no one else can access your data. So if you close the app and open it again, you have to log in again. You simply enter your email address and password, and you are logged in.

Don't feel like having to log in to the app every time? You can indicate in your profile that you want to log in with a pin. If you enable that option and enter a pin code of at least 5 digits and save your profile data, you do not have to enter your e-mail address and password every time, but only your 5-digit pin.

Still forgot your pin? You can still click on the link to log in with your email address and password.

Je planting location is the preferred project where you want to have your trees planted. Every time you receive new GreenTix, the corresponding financial contribution goes to the relevant NGO for that project. For every 7 euros (140 GreenTix) they receive, the NGO plants a new tree.

You can always change this preferred location. If you think you have contributed enough trees to a project, you can choose a different planting location in your profile. All amounts from your new GreenTix will then go to the new project.

If you don't remember your password, or would like to change it, you can click on the 'forgot password' link after logging out. Then enter your email address and you will receive an email with a pin code. If you enter that pin code in the app, you can then set a new password.

Have you bought or received a CarbonCard? How nice!! You can easily add the corresponding GreenTix to your account in the app. To do this, click on the 'Redeem' button in the Dashboard.

In the next screen you will see the following options:

Your preferred plant location will be shown, that is where the donation will go for the GreenTix that you are now going to cash in. You can change this default location in your profile. But if you just want to send the donation of this CarbonCard to a specific project, you can find another one here planting location choose.

You can then choose to scan the QR code of your CarbonCard, or enter the card number yourself. And then click on “Redeem” and the GreenTix will be added to your account.

You can also give GreenTix to other people. The corresponding donation has already been allocated to your chosen planting location, so that money has already gone to that NGO. But you can always give away the digital GreenTix to help someone else compensate for their CO2. To do this, click on the 'Transfer' button in the Dashboard. 

Then you come to the next screen. 

You enter how much GreenTix you want to give away, and the e-mail address of the person you want to send it to. If you want to add a personal message, you can do that in the text field. And then click on 'Transfer'. 

And what if the other person doesn't have a GreenTix account yet? We will send them an invitation to create an account. If they do, we'll then remind you that you wanted to give GreenTix away, in case you still want to.

You can forward this page to anyone using the buttons below. Or you can of course transfer GreenTix to someone, and we will send them an invitation.

In the Dashboard you will find the 'Wallet' button:

In your wallet you can see how much GreenTix you have saved in total, and how much CO2 you have saved with it. You will also see your Activities; any debit or credit from GreenTix is ​​listed here.

By swiping left on a transaction, two new buttons appear.

With the button 'Numbers' you can find all GreenTix numbers. Every GreenTix is digitally secured and unique.

With the 'Detail' button you can see the transaction details, i.e. to whom you gave that GreenTix, or from whom you received them, or whether you claimed them from a CarbonCard.
